Christmas buffet

Welcome to us at Seglarhotellet and this year’s Christmas buffet.

Gather the family and friends and experience a classic Swedish Christmas smorgasbord with something for everyone! Served Tuesday through Saturday.

We will serve lots of different kinds of herring – how about herring flavoured with sea buckthorn or wasabi, in addition to several classics? Salmon, whitefish, and pickled herring, as well as shrimp and lumpfish roe, are an obvious continuation for all who love the delicacies of the sea.

The traditionalist gets his fill in with Janson’s temptation (Swedish potato gratin with anchovy), brawn, ham and lutefisk. Those who want to eat more vegetarian might focus on all our nice herring alternatives with mushrooms and aubergine or maybe the rutabaga casserole, baked carrots and the tasty mushroom omelette?

For the children (and everyone else) there are, of course, our nice meatballs, prinskorv (small Swedish sausages) and potatoes! And not to be forgotten – our delightful dessert table with cheese, desserts, and other sweets.
