Since head chef Thomas Omfors took over, food has taken a central place here. We know how important the food is to the experience at an archipelago hotel and always strive to cook with love and thought.
The menu is based on both the guests requests and the history of the place. Here you will find classics such as seafood, smoked salmon and grilled meat.
A local outset is also important when it comes to ingredients and cooking. When we have the opportunity, we buy local products. In addition, we cook the food from scratch and bake the bread ourselves. We know how important the food is to the experience at an archipelago hotel and always strive to cook with love and thought.
Our ambition is to offer something to drink for all occasions and tastes. There are plenty of good wines, beers, spirits, drinks and non-alcoholic options here. Seglarrestaurangen (The yacht restaurant) and the bar is the beating heart of the business.
Our knowledgeable sommeliers present a wine list with both lovely classics and exciting alternatives for the curious. We also have cozy, informal wine tastings every Saturday and arrange tastings with several different themes for groups.
In the summer, we open the Wine bar in the orangery, where we offer good small dishes that are perfect to combine with wine. Wine tastings, temporary wines and events with our suppliers compliment our solid wine list.
